Ryanair Terms & Conditions

Ryanair Ltd reserves its absolute right to provide no seats on certain peak-day departures.

The offer is only available on Ryanair flights. Destinations may vary at the discretion of Ryanair.

1. Passengers will not be allocated with a ticket, as Ryanair.com is a "ticketless" airline. A booking reference, which must be quoted at check-in will be issued. All passengers must be in a possession of a valid Passport for all Ryanair flights (a photo driving license for UK domestic flights is also acceptable).
2. Passengers are responsible for their own insurance. It is recommended that passengers take out suitable travel insurance (Ryanair sell excellent value travel insurance through the website).
3. Ryanair accepts no responsibility or liability for hotel accommodation.
4. No child discounts are permitted. Infants travel for £10/€15.
5. All bookings are subject to Ryanair's terms & conditions of travel, incorporating Ryanair's general conditions of carriage for passengers & baggage from time to time in force and which are available for inspection on www. Ryanair.com.
6. Each passenger checking in at the airport is subject to an Airport Check-In fee of £4/€5 (or local currency equivalent) which is payable at the time of flight reservation.
7. Web check-in is Free for passengers travelling with hand luggage only. Passengers who do not avail of free web check-in will be charged £4/€5 at time of booking for using airport check-in facilities. Applies to all bookings made after 20/09/07.
8. Passengers are advised to examine Ryanair's terms & conditions for the carriage of checked in and hand luggage on Ryanair.com
9. One item of hand baggage per person, weighing no more that 10kg and with dimensions of less than 55cm x 40cm x 20cm may be carried into the aircraft cabin free of charge.
11. Checked Baggage may be pre-booked with your local Ryanair Reservations Department currently at a rate of £8.00/€10.00 per bag per flight or at a full rate of £12.00/€18.00 per bag per flight at the departure airport. Baby buggies, wheelchairs, scooters and walking frames are carried free of charge.
12. Transfer to onwards destinations are not the responsibility of either Ryanair or the Hotel. Passengers must organise their own transfers as they see fit.
13. Bus/transfer service are the sole responsibility of the relevant bus/transfer companies. Ryanair shall not be held responsible for late or cancelled buses/taxis or flights that are missed as a result of delayed/non-arrival of buses/taxis.
14. Ryanair reserves the right to vary any of the terms and conditions of this offer at their absolute discretion.
15. Ryanair cannot be responsible for those passengers who are unable to make a booking on the Internet as indicated in the promotional text.
16. Ryanair reserves the right to cancel this promotion without notice or obligation.

Europcar Terms & Conditions

1. Prize winner must be a UK resident over the age of 21 with a full UK driving licence, held for at least one year, excluding employees (and their families) of The Europcar Group and the Lake District and Cumbrian Tourist Board, their associates, agents, sub-contractors and anyone involved with the promotion. The Europcar Group reserve the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants. Prize consists of an Astra size vehicle (CCMR) offered free of charge for a maximum duration of 3 days from Liverpool airport branch. Prize includes all standard rental charges including VAT, 1 additional driver, unlimited mileage, 3rd party insurance and breakdown cover. Prize excludes any additional charges such as child seats, fuel used during rental, damage excess and any fines incurred during rental ("The Prize"). Damage Waiver insurance can be purchased at time of check out at additional cost. Prize cannot be transferred and there is no cash alternative. The Europcar Group reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.
2. Prize draw is open to UK residents (including Northern Ireland) over the age of 18 only,
3. It is a condition of the prize that the winners will be required to take part in publicity.
4. By entering the prize draw you give permission for the Europcar Group to publish your name, town and prize in selected advertising media.
5. Prize must be claimed/used by 30/4/09.
6. No responsibility will be taken by The Europcar Group for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the prize draw or as a result of accepting any prize.
7. The Europcar Group reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any conditions.
